unable to reset password

I have an account with email xxxxxx however, I am unable to login due to forgetting my password. I have tried to reset it several times but I am not getting an email with a link to reset it.

I have sent a link to the email that tells you how to reset the password. I also sent you an email. I see the site has you as an unregistered user so I am going to change you to a registered user to see if that helps anything. You have my email to let me know how it worked.

It might be good to blank out the poster's email address so it isn't visible any longer since this part of the site is accessible to folks who are unregistered...and bots.
